Meg Benger
Exercise Scientist/Clinical Pilates Instructor

With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and formal qualifications in Clinical Pilates, Meg is passionate about guiding others toward long-lasting, meaningful changes in their health and wellbeing. She believes in a holistic approach to exercise—one that is both enjoyable and effective—tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle.

Her own journey into movement-based rehabilitation began in 2016, after being diagnosed with two bulging discs. This experience deepened her appreciation for the power of purposeful movement and inspired her to help others discover the same healing benefits.

Whether she’s leading a Pilates session or supporting clients through personalized exercise programs, Meg emphasizes finding joy in movement. She is committed to making fitness accessible, sustainable, and something to look forward to. Outside the studio, she recharges by spending time outdoors and enjoying the company of her beloved dogs.

With experience in groodle activies and making sure everybody’s form is perfect, Theo is the perfect addition to the team. Theo enjoys running around, seeing people laugh and smile, all whilst trying to make sure that you have the best time whilst visiting the clinic.

You will meet Theo via request, as he only comes into the clinic for those who request to see him. Outside of this he is busy destroying backyards, ripping down magnolias and chewing things he shouldn’t be.
