Meg Benger
Exercise Scientist / Clinical Pilates Instructor
With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and formal qualifications in Clinical Pilates, Meg is passionate about guiding others toward long-lasting, meaningful changes in their health and wellbeing. She believes in a holistic approach to exercise, one that is both enjoyable and effective, tailored to each individual’s goals and lifestyle.
Her own journey into movement-based rehabilitation began in 2016, after being diagnosed with two bulging discs. This experience deepened her appreciation for the power of purposeful movement and inspired her to help others discover the same healing benefits.
Whether she’s leading a Pilates session or supporting clients through personalised exercise programs, Meg emphasises finding joy in movement. She is committed to making fitness accessible, sustainable, and something to look forward to. Outside the studio, she recharges by spending time outdoors and enjoying the company of her beloved dogs.
